The location was more than perfect - just a few steps, literally, from Charles Bridge; the staff was very friendly and helpful; the room was very clean, comfortable and quiet although overlooking the pleasant square in front of the hotel and the breakfast was superb! A very cozy and romantic atmosphere brought by a perfect decor. I definetly recommend it!
Great location and friendly, helful staff
the staff were so helpful and friendly.Nice comfortable bright Bedroom. great location just under Charles Bridge.
Very clean, welcoming and friendly hotel in the central position of Prague.
Very helpful staff (showed us where free parking was available); excellent location (50 feet from the Charles Bridge); free WiFi in the rooms; very clean and peaceful.
The breakfast- it was not replenished on a regular basis. If you were not there early at 9am then there was nothing left for people who came down at 10am and breakfast was supposed to be until 10.30am. Cobwebs in the room we stayed in - Room 1 could have been swept down. and we were staying in the deluxe double room alegedly.
relaxed atmosphere, warm and comfortable rooms, superb bathroom, though the shower head was broken. Breakfast was plentiful and timings were perfect, especially on New Years Day!!!
We didn't feel there was adequate space to sit whilst waiting for friends. The area where breakfast was served did not lend itself to ordering a beer and found we had to leave the hotel to find a bar. Though I'm sure, had we asked, we would have been accomodated.
The location is fantastic, With a terrace restaurant on a leafy, quiet and human-sized town square, surrounded by attractive buildings and next to a park and the river, on the island beside the Charles Bridge, there was not a better place in Prague to have a meal or a drink. It is hard to leave that spot, but it is also very central to all of the mediaeval delights of the Old City. And you can always come home to a drink or a meal........ Oh, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful (and they really did post our cards); and the breakfasts Europeanly comprehensive. And a big, bright, beautifully furnished room with windows over the square. What else?
Duvets in summer. But they all have them.
Great location and friendly staff. Good continental breakfast provided. Meals were excellent with a lovely patio out front to eat on in good weather. This is a small hotel, only 7 rooms so this does not have all the facilities that a large chain hotel has but if you are looking for something smaller and more personal this is the one for you.
No tea or coffee facilities in the room. If the hotel management reads this - please note that being able to make a cup of tea in your room, especially after all the walking done on a city break, is a BIG bonus especially to us british.
I liked that there is a reserved area for parking, it is hard to get to because of tourist crowds but it was a great location. Restaurant on the first floor was convinient and served great food for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was ok it had sausage, boiled eggs, cold cuts, cheese, yogurt, breads, jam and butter. I'm not a big coffee drinker,so I asked for hot chocolate and they made it. I think that was very nice.
Location, staff and room are very nice. It is right next to Karel Most and the room is big and clean. Staff are also very kind.
There's no lift at the hotel.
The customer service and customer care was outstanding.
The location of the hotel and the staff (they were very helpful and friendly).
Helpful staff and great location on Kampa
The staff and service was excellent, and the manager had no trouble helping me out with directions to specific places/services. I ate at the restaurant and the meals I had were brilliant. The location was perfect, right by the Charles Bridge and a short walk to either side of the bridge. Large rooms which were extremely comfortable.
